Our comprehensive two-level puppy programme is designed to guide you and your pup through this crucial period, building confidence, social skills and the foundation for excellent behaviour that will last a lifetime.
Level 1 (8-16 weeks) focuses on critical early socialisation, basic obedience and building a strong bond between you and your puppy. During this vital window, puppies are most receptive to new experiences, making it the perfect time to establish good habits, prevent problem behaviours and introduce foundation training concepts in a positive, reward-based environment.
Level 2 (16-26 weeks) advances your puppy's training with more complex commands, impulse control, real-world application and the skills needed to navigate everyday situations with confidence. As your puppy enters adolescence, this programme provides the structure and guidance to maintain good behaviour through this sometimes challenging developmental stage.

5 Weekly Sessions per Level
Each level runs for 5 weeks with one hour-long session per week. Structured, progressive learning that builds on each week's foundation.

Level 1 Timeline
Foundation & Introduction
Meet and greet, socialisation basics, name recognition, sit and touch cues, understanding puppy body language and loose lead walking introduction.
Building Core Skills
Recall training introduction, down command, impulse control games, socialisation with distractions, crate training and settling techniques.
Advancing Skills
Loose lead walking progression, stay command introduction, handling and grooming acceptance, environmental exposure to different surfaces and sounds, problem behaviour prevention for mouthing and jumping.
Real-World Application
Practising in distracting environments, recall with distractions, polite greetings with people, lead manners around other dogs and confidence building exercises.
Consolidation & Graduation
Review all skills, troubleshooting common issues, graduation assessment, home practice plan and introduction to Level 2 training opportunities.
Level 2 Timeline
Building on Foundations
Assessment of current skills, introduction to reward markers, sit and drop from standing and moving, advanced name recognition and focus exercises.
Duration & Impulse Control
Sit-stay and down-stay introduction, duration building up to 30 seconds, recall from sit-stay, loose lead walking with direction changes and introduction to 'leave it' command.
Distance & Distractions
Stay with handler movement, recall from distance (5-10 metres), heel position work, walking past distractions like treats and toys, threshold control exercises.
Real-World Mastery
Off-site training session in public spaces, practising all commands with environmental distractions, polite greetings with people, walking calmly past other dogs and emergency recall practice.
Proofing & Next Steps
Skills test in distracting environments, troubleshooting individual challenges, advanced exercises, creating home maintenance plan, graduation assessment and guidance on ongoing training opportunities.
