WHO ARE WE?

Changing the outlook on training through an organic and relationship based approach through a classical and operant way of teaching both humans and canine. We do not approach training through a lense of a one way method works for all. We look more indepth to tailor our sessions to the canine in front of us and identify the flaws and thrive through their success and build upon a level that can blossom. We prioritise through education as we believe that this is the way forward for any process. By starting off with a wealth of knowledge we are able to teach and instruct with techniques and training systems to ensure that you get what it is you are looking for from our professional trainers. We will guide you through your dog training journey to the best of our knowledge and strive towards your goal to have your canine educated.

TĀNE HODGSON Head Trainer/ Operator

My name is Tāne Hodgson and I run and operate 100%K9. I am driven by the thirst for knowledge of canine behaviour and psychology to carve the pathway for society to recognise that owning a dog is a privilege. My vision as a canine eduactor is for all dogs to thrive in an envrioment that is safe, enriching and unlocks their full potential. My commitment is deeply rooted in the belief that all dogs deserve an opportunity to be the dog people dream of. Thats why, at 100%K9, we ensure that their is "No Canine Left Behind".

BELLA | RN Pitbull

My name is Bella and the back bone of 100%K9. I am the one behind the scenes that is and will be working with your dog whether they are on Adventure walks or our Behaviour consultations. I didn't know that this is what life looked like 6 years down the track but Tāne swept me off my feet, gave me a home and now has given me a purpose. I am one of the highest paid employee in Auckland so I'm over the moon to do what I do.

MILA | Belgian Malinois

My name is Mila and I am the sharpest tool in 100K9's shed. I am here to shake things up and keep everyone on their toes while everyone admires what I have to bring to 100%K9. I have a set of skills that need to be seen to believe it. You wont find me slacking EVER but you will find world class work from me. I have been promised a job soon but I have been told I am in the probation period as I am still learning on the job. They know that I am better than all of them.......
